When you start an apprenticeship, your employer and training provider send us your details. We use these to set up an account for you on our apprenticeship service.
You'll receive an email inviting you to confirm your details and create an account. If you already have one, you can sign in to your apprenticeship account.
Once you have an account you’ll be able to use our apprenticeship service to:
- access the Apprenticeship Ambassador Network (AAN) portal
- receive email updates about your apprenticeship
- give feedback on your training provider
